Sometimes, I Pretend to be an Interior Designer

It's one of those careers I would LOVE, yet don't have any training for whatsoever.  So for now I'll just pretend.  Thus, for no better reason than pretending Life in Progress is an interior design blog:

1) Exposed brick.

I've already decided I'm going to use this dog wall paper in my future daughter's bathroom, along with hot pink, gold and crystal accessories.

While on the subject of wall coverings, maps are pretty high on my list as well.  Nautical/adventure themed boy's room?  Yes, please!

Necessities in such an arrangement:  a shade of pink, a shade of blue, and gold.  Ah, wonderfulness.


Maybe I'll post more of my interior design heart in the future.  Guess we'll have to see.
