Wednesday Ramblings

My brain as of Wednesday, February 22 (or at least what's left of it. Big Sis Week has done a number on my sanity).

-First off, I didn't even know it was Wednesday. Throughout the week, I write random thoughts on a draft post so that I don't forget the things that I want to say. So today I sat down at my computer to write down one of those thoughts, thinking I would set the post to go up on the blog tomorrow. But then I realized that it's Wednesday! Already? What?! I'm pretty positive that I'm losing it.

-We watched The Social Network in my Digital Media class last week. I am now obsessed with two things: one being the movie itself and two being the actor who plays the Winklevoss twins, Armie Hammer. Check him out:

Mmmm...gorgeous, no? IDK what it is. Maybe it's because he plays a preppy, wealthy Harvard student who is probably going to the Olympics for rowing. Maybe it's because he has that "I could be the Prince of England" look. At this point I'm not even sure...I just know I'm in love with him.

-A word to the wise: You ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT buy ANY CLOTHING after your first year of college. Why, you may ask? Because the Freshman 15 is REAL and, suddenly, when you're not a Freshman anymore, IT GOES AWAY. So when you're 15 above your natural weight and you go shopping, everything you get is going to be too big a few months down the road. Save yourself money and time and just wait to shop until late fall of your Sophomore year. That way, you will have money left to buy clothes that actually fit you.

-Last Thursday's rain made me extremely depressed--but not because of the rain. It struck me when I saw silver Hunter rain boots. My heart just broke. Why would Hunter do such a thing? What happened to the classic brand that Princess Diana wore when she needed rain boots? Now we just have something that Zenon would wear in outer space.

-Today it is 62 degrees and absolutely perfect outside. I am comfortably wearing shorts and no jacket. But on Sunday, I took this picture on the Lawn:

Confused is an understatement.

Happy Wednesday, everyone! We are finally half way through the week (and a week and a half away from Spring Break! Hallelujah!)
