I had coffee with an old friend today and as we were catching up, we stumbled upon every girl's favorite conversation topic-relationships. We were talking about how girls just want to be spoiled in their relationships...you know, treated like a princess. And so I realized that we are in a relationship in which we are spoiled. Recently, I have been so aware of how blessed I am. But really...I'm not just blessed- I'm SPOILED! Our God is so extravagant! In the process of capturing our hearts, He certainly goes big or goes home. This is such a cheesy quote, but I love it nonetheless:
If God had a refrigerator, your picture would be on it.
If He had a wallet, Your photo would be in it.
He sends you flowers every spring and a sunrise every morning.
Whenever you want to talk, He'll listen.
He could live anywhere in the universe, and He chose your heart.
What about the Christmas gift He sent you in Bethlehem; not to
mention that Friday at Calvary.
Face it, friend... He's crazy about you.
Just think about everything he does to spoil us- friends, family, beautiful skies, activities we love, nature, etc. He also sent his one and only son to die on the cross and redeem us so that we can spend eternity with him. This is the most beautiful love story EVER! How can you not fall in love with him too?
